Refunds, Shipping & Returns

At Zen Flow, every ritual box is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. The following information explains how shipping, returns, and refunds are handled.

Shipping

Orders are prepared in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using a trusted delivery service.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

Zen Flow is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-Orders

Some ritual boxes may be offered as pre-orders due to limited production. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve a box before the batch is completed.

Estimated shipping dates will be communicated at the time of purchase. These timelines are approximate as each batch is prepared by hand.

Returns

Due to the nature of curated ritual products, returns are not accepted for items that have been opened, used, or altered.

If you believe your order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact Zen Flow within 48 hours of receiving your package with photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in cases where an item arrives damaged or faulty and a replacement cannot be arranged.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased through Zen Flow are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.
