Cancellation Policy
🌿 Zen Flow Booking & Cancellation Policy Your well-being is my top priority — and I honour your time as much as I honour mine. To ensure a seamless, soul-soothing experience for both of us, please take note of the following: ✅ Booking: * All sessions must be paid **in full at the time of booking** to secure your spot. * This ensures commitment from both sides and allows me to prepare your session with intention and care. * Sessions can be booked up to **2 hours in advance**, depending on availability. (Need something sooner? Pop me a WhatsApp!) #### 🔁 Rescheduling: * You may reschedule your appointment **up to 12 hours in advance** at no charge. * Rescheduling **within 12 hours** may incur a **25% rescheduling fee**, based on time and travel already committed. #### ❌ Cancellations: * Cancellations made **more than 24 hours in advance** = Full refund or credit for future session. * Cancellations made **within 24 hours** = 50% refund. * **Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows** = No refund (I still love you, but my time was set aside just for you). #### 💬 Need help or have a last-minute need?
