Cancellation Policy

Zen Flow Booking Policy Booking & Payment Sessions are booked by selecting a package (hours) on our website. Full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. Payment options: EFT, card, or online payment through our site. Scheduling Each session includes 10 minutes per participant plus a 3-minute buffer. You may adjust the session length at booking, depending on team size and availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee of the booked session. We are happy to reschedule sessions for unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability. Staff Attendance Packages are hour-based, not per-person. Absences or late arrivals do not reduce your booked hours. Buffer time ensures smooth flow regardless of staff availability. On-site Requirements Zen Flow provides chairs, setup, and guidance for all participants. A quiet area with chairs and basic workspace access is required. Liability Zen Flow services are relaxation-focused chair massages, not medical treatment. Clients acknowledge participation is voluntary.
